Sue has a passion for property and this has lead to her career in Property Management. Sue has gained invaluable experience whilst working for major real estate franchise groups on the Sunshine Coast for many years and for the last two and a half years for an independent agency in Western Queensland. Returning to the Sunshine Coast this year, Sue commenced rite choice property management, a boutique independent property management agency. Sue has a wealth of knowledge on all facets of property management and relevant legislation is extensive. My previous experience as a landlord highlighted the importance of selecting the right property manager to look after my investment rental property.  After shortlisting several companies I selected Rite Choice Property Management.  Owner and operator Sue Wilson was recommended to me and after meeting with her I was confident that she would provide that personal touch I felt most of the other real estate companies on the Sunshine Coast could not provide. Since signing up with 'Rite Choice' in 2015 I have been thoroughly satisfied with the service and management of my rental property.  Sue has provided quality tenants ensuring my property is always well maintained with rent paid promptly and I have always been kept informed with any issues that may arise. I particularly enjoy reading the newsletter emailed to me monthly giving updates on upcoming events in our area and key facts and ideas on running a successful investment property.
